Blender or food processor
Silicone molds or ice cube trays
Baking sheet
Airtight container for storage
- 1 cup seedless watermelon, diced
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, with no sugar added
Cut the watermelon into small, bite-sized pieces.
Blend the watermelon in a blender until you achieve a puree-like consistency. (I don't have a blender so I used our NutriBullet and it worked great)
Add the plain yogurt to the puree-like watermelon and blend together until smooth.
Prep the silicone molds by first placing them on a baking sheet for easy transfer to the freezer.
Pour the watermelon yogurt mixture into silicone ice cube molds or ice cube trays.
Place the molds or ice cube trays in the freezer and let them chill for at least 4 hours, or until the treats are completely frozen.
Once the treats are solid, pop them out of the molds or ice cube trays and store them in an airtight container in the freezer. These treats can last for up to 7 days in an airtight container.
